Order & Out has been designed and developed by KFA Connect.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy sets out how KFA Connect uses and protects any information that you give when you use the Order & Out Application.

In this Policy, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

What We Collect

We only collect Data on our website in response to a request to download the Order & Out application and to respond to enquiries and provide services to the best of our ability. We do not ask for more information than is needed to carry out these tasks.

Where you are required to submit Data, we offer the option to opt-in to marketing lists, but do not employ any third parties to send marketing material on our behalf.

The following Data will be collected from our website: Full name and Email Address, Telephone Number, Company Website Address, IP address (automatically collected), Web Browser type and version (automatically collected), Operating System (automatically collected), a list of URLs starting with a referring site, your activity on this Web Site, and the site you exit to (automatically collected) and Cookie information (see below).

The Order & Out application will collect details of your login credentials and those of any users you add to the application.

Order & Out will store (locally to you) details of all orders, including customer names and addresses. This data is not visible to KFA. Any customer data on orders will be archived from the Order & Out database 30 days after the order has been completed.

What We Do with the Information

Any personal Data you submit will be retained by KFA Connect for as long as you use the Services and Systems provided. Data that you may submit through any communications system that we may provide may be retained for a longer period.

Unless we are obliged or permitted by law to do so, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties.

All personal Data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any or all of the above Data may be required by us from time to time in order to provide you with the best possible service and experience when using our website and/or our Order & Out Application. KFA Connect uses a third-party service, Squarespace.com, to publish our website, blog, and provide our search facility.

Search queries and results are logged anonymously to help us improve our website and search functionality.

No user-specific data is collected by either KFA Connect or any third party.

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to enable you to move around the site or to provide certain basic features. We also use cookies to help us improve the performance of our website and to provide you with a better user experience.
