  • Yes. Multichannel offers a single dashboard to view and fulfil all your online orders from one dashboard. 

  • You can connect 5 stores per connector. Extensions are possible if you have more than 5 stores per channel contact us for details.

  • The Order & Out main dashboard shows you a breakdown of your orders, sales (£) and top performing products. This can be filtered by date range and by sales channel (Connector) to give you the information you need instantly.

    Drill down even further with scheduled exports of your data to CSV, JSON, EXCEL or XML - which also gives you the ability to import all of your sales into your accounting solution. 

  • Orders from automated and manual file connectors will import every 10 minutes.

  • The Order & Out main dashboard shows you a breakdown of your orders, sales(£) and top performing products. This can be filtered by date range and by sales channel (Connector) to give you this the information you need instantly. Drill down even further with scheduled exports of your data to CSV, JSON, EXCEL or XML - which also gives you the ability to import all of your sales into your accounting solution. In Multichannel, click on 'Settings' and 'Exports'. Click on 'Create Export', give the export a name and define the location on your PC you'd like the export to be saved and the frequency. You can combine any, or all of your sales channels into one export.

  • Yes. You can import fulfilments into Order & Out, ensuring your order statuses are always up to date on your Order & Out dashboard.

  • Click on ‘System Settings’ from the Order & Out Menu. Click on ‘Licencing’, then ‘Manage Licence’ and Open Licence Manager’. From here click 'Purchase' to add each Connector as required. In Stripe it is possible to choose to pay monthly or annually (giving you 2 months free).

  • No. Multichannel (with at least one Manual File Connector) is required to import your orders for despatch.

  • Order & Out supports iOS devices (iPhone/iPad), and Android devices.  You don't need to use dedicated scanner hardware!  But we also support dedicated scanners running Android.

  • Yes. Order & Out works with iOS and Android devices. You can either scan barcodes or use the tap-to-pick feature for efficient order processing.

  • Yes. You can import fulfilments into Order & Out, ensuring your order statuses are always up to date on your Order & Out dashboard.

  • Yes. You can manage multiple couriers from within the platform and either despatch manually (in Multichannel) or automate using barcode scanning and mobile workflows.
