Warehousing
Order & Out Warehousing allows you to see the status of all orders in O&O, including their open/pick and despatch statuses.
Where your orders have been imported using a Multi-Channel paid-for connector, you can manually dispatch your orders either individually or as part of a batch.
Warehousing gives you the added functionality to add a scanner app to your mobile device and scan to pick and despatch orders. The scanner app allows for the reading of barcodes on products or for you to ‘tap to pick’ on your mobile device screen.
Orders can be partially or fully fulfilled.
